We are a Leeds based strength and conditioning facility affiliated with CrossFit, providing fun and effective training delivered by top quality coaches.

 

At CrossFit Leeds we believe in providing inclusive training for all. Utilising a wide variety of functional exercises taken from disciplines such as gymnastics, weightlifting, athletics and kettlebells, we'll provide you with the knowledge and skills that will enable you to increase your work capacity and excel at any physical task. We individually design programmes for everyone who trains with us meaning we can help you regardless of whether you want to play professional sport or play with your kids at the weekend.

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.  Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch.  Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.  Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.  Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.  Regularly learn and play new sports.”
