Today is our last day of training before Christmas. You've got the choice of Rosie's festive kettlebell class at 12pm or a partner WOD at the evening classes....or both!


In teams of two perform 3 rounds of the following for max reps

90 seconds per station:

Max Squat Jumps in 90 seconds 20/15kg



Lt David Boyce was deployed on 21 October in command of 1st Troop, B Squadron, 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards.

He was on a patrol providing security in the Yakchal region of Nahr-e Saraj in central Helmand when their armoured vehicle struck an improvised explosive device. Tragically, both he and Lance Corporal Richard Scanlon were killed in the resulting explosion.

75 Press Ups
50 Kettle Bell Swings 24/16kg
40 Kettle Bell Clean & Press 24/16kg
30 Pull Ups
25 Tyre Flips
20 Snatches 40/30kg
15 Walk-Out Planks
