High Definition Sports Nutrition will be at the gym from 5pm this evening with samples and advice on various supplements.

Congratulations to coach Luke who finished 3rd overall in the British Weightlifting CrossFit Open at the weekend. Luke hit a combined total of 190kg with an 85kg snatch and 105kg clean and jerk at 74kg bodyweight then went on to reach 6 rounds + 4 pull ups on the WOD, which coincidentally is our workout of the day!

Secret Santa WODs

Thanks to those of you who have taken the time to put a WOD together and send it through to go into the hat for this morning's Secret Santa WODs. We'll be drawing three WODs out the hat at the gym to determine this morning's workouts. There's some fun stuff in there so feel free to get involved in one, two or ideally all three of them!

Today is your last chance to send through your workout ideas for Saturday morning's Secret Santa WODs. Workouts can be anything that is feasible to do at the gym and should be between 5 and 15 minutes long. We'll be choosing 3 WODs from a hat to do on Saturday morning.
