We are celebrating our 1st Birthday today!

We start off with a classic benchmark girl WOD that everyone can have a go at in the morning's class, then the fun and partying steps up a gear this evening at Trio in Headingley. We have a reserved area in the basement bar with drinks offers on beer and cocktails from 7pm onwards. We hope to see as many of you there as possible to help us celebrate what has been a momentous first year of CrossFitting in Leeds.



5 rounds for time:

20 Pull Ups

30 Press Ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds


We are also hosting a charity Krav Maga Seminar at the gym from 12-3pm. Check the event details here - it's not too late to sign up!

3 rounds of "The Bear"

Try and increase your weight after each successful round


"The Bear"

One round consists of 7 repetitions of the following barbell complex:

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

Once a round has started the bar may not be rested on the ground.

Rest as needed between rounds.


Partner WOD

In pairs and alternating rounds complete AMRAP in 10 minutes:

5 Burpees

10 KB Swings 24/16kg

The partner who is 'not working' will perform AMRAP of Abmat Sit Ups.
