Our 30 day Paleo Challenge starts a week today. If anyone has any questions regarding their Paleo diet come and ask us in the gym or start a discussion off on the Facebook page.

CrossFit Leeds Open Day

We're open from 9am until 12pm for anyone to come along and try a workout or just check out the gym and have a look at what CrossFit is all about. All workouts are scalable so any individual can take part and will be running throughout the morning.

 

WOD (Workout Of the Day) 1

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 3 minutes:

7 Kettlebell Swings

7 Burpees

 

WOD 2

5 rounds for time:

Run 200m

10 Press Ups

10 Pull Ups

10 Box Jumps

 

Floater WOD

Row 500m as fast as possible

Bear in mind Mark recommends a 'Primal' lifestyle and is not strict Paleo with dietary recommendations.
