A reminder that Saturday CrossFit Classes are now at 10am. Open Gym is from 11-12pm. There's a few of us doing the free 5km Park Run at Hyde Park which starts at 9am. If you want to join us meet at the statue on the South East corner of Hyde Park at 8.55am.

Partner WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

Partner 1 - 2 rounds of Cindy (2 x 5 Pull Ups, 10 Press Ups, 15 Squats)

Partner 2 - Max reps Double Unders

As soon as Partner 1 completes 2 rounds of Cindy they begin their Double Unders and Partner 2 begins Cindy. This rotation continues until 10 minutes is up.

Starting this week we will be opening at 10am on Saturday mornings - CrossFit Class will be 10-11am, Open Gym will be 11-12pm.

For those who have expressed interest in doing Park Run, the free, open to all, 5km runs are held every Saturday at Roundhay Park and Hyde Park starting at 9am. Check the website and follow the instructions to register and print your bar code off. Park Run will log your times each week so you can keep track of your progress. And if you're fast enough you'll still have time to make it to the gym in time for class!
