Good luck to Niki Simpson and Sam Briggs who are competing to become the 'Toughest Alive' and 'the Ultimate Firefighter' at the World Police and Firefighter Games in New York next week.

 

On Saturday 17th September our friends at CrossFit Liverpool are hosting Fight Gone Bad 6, a worldwide event in support of Fight For Heroes - a great cause with all proceeds going to Help for Heroes Official. Check out the details on the Facebook group.

For everyone who's coming to Swansea to compete or spectate at the Divided We Fall Games, we are staying at the Premier Inn in Swansea city centre on the 28/29th October http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/SWACIT/swansea-city-centre. Please can you arrange your own room shares and bookings. We're trying to get everyone through the qualifying WODs as quickly as possible so we can let you know who will be competing. Current standings are on our Facebook page.
