We'd like to say a fond farewell to CrossFit Leeds athlete and allround good guy Jon Cheesbrough who flies out to live in Australia tomorrow. Jon was at the first ever CrossFit Leeds class and represented us at the Divided We Fall Games in Swansea last October. All the best for the future mate.

CrossFit Leeds have officially finished as the 8th fittest team in Europe and have been invited to compete at the European Regionals to try and earn a place at the Worldwide CrossFit Games Finals in California.

The European Regionals will be held between 3-5th June at Reebok Stadium, Bolton. Spectator tickets are now available for the event priced at $10 per person for a full 3 day entry pass. You can purchase tickets here.

Squat Snatch practice

In teams of 3, with only one person working at once, complete the following:

50 Burpees

100 Overhead Squats 40/30kg

50 Burpees

200 Sit Ups

50 Burpees

300 Double Unders

50 Burpees

Reps can be split between the team however you choose. You must finish all reps of one exercise before moving onto the next.

Congratulations to Emma, Jo, Mark and Mitch who completed the Intro to CrossFit Course yesterday. All four athletes took over 3 minutes off their workout times from week 1 - great result.
