CrossFit Leeds Open Day. We are open to all from 9am until 12pm today. Drop in anytime throughout the morning to have a look around and try a CrossFit workout.

All workouts can be scaled or modified so any individual can take part.

 

Workout 1

5 rounds for time:

Run 200m

12 Deadlifts 80/50kg


Workout 2

10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible):

5 Burpees

10 Kettlebell Squats 24/16kg

10 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

 

Workout 3

21 - 15 - 9 reps for time:

Wall Ball 10/7kg

Box Jump 24/20"
