Today sees the start of our lunchtime sessions.

We're now open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - CrossFit class 12-1pm and Open Gym 1-2pm. Double Day anyone!

 

A reminder that we are hosting a free open training session this Saturday morning between 9am and 12pm. We'll be running workouts throughout the morning for everyone to try so why not come down and give CrossFit a go for free? Just turn up or contact us for more info.

Ok so here it is. A few of you have given this a go already and this morning sees us hit the CrossFit Games Open WOD 1. It's a fun workout. Enjoy it, give it your all and spur each other on. It's not too late to sign up and get involved if you want to give it a go. $5 registers you for all six Open workouts over the next six weeks.
