3 Front Squat

Men use 50kg, women use 35kg.

Snatch Practice


2 Rounds for max reps:

In 3 minutes

Run 400m then in remaining time do max reps Swings 24/16kg

In 3 minutes

Run 400m then in remaining time do max reps Toes to Bar


This is a 12 minute workout. There is no prescribed rest between exercises.
