A reminder that CrossFit Tameside in Manchester are putting on the charity event Barbells for Boobs this Saturday between 10am and 2pm. If you want to head over to compete or spectate the workout is Grace - 30 Clean and Jerks for time - with prizes on offer for the fastest times of the day. We have some members meeting at CrossFit Leeds at 9am before driving over so let me know if you want to get involved. All money raised will go to help Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
