It's Christmas Day at CrossFit Leeds
Class will start as normal at 9am. We will be doing three randomly selected WODs from the selection put together by members.
If you have not sent me your WOD yet you have until Friday evening to get it to me. WOD should aim to be no longer than 15 minutes.
CrossFit Leeds Christmas night out kicking off at Barburrito in The Light from 6.30pm. If you're planning on attending and haven't already let me know then please get in touch.

In 20minutes find your 1RM Clean and Jerk for the day
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes
5 Power Cleans @ 70% of 1RM
Max reps Burpees in remaining time
Rest 5 minutes
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes
10 deadlifts @ 50% 1RM
Max reps Ring Dips in remaining time
Score is sum of all Burpees and Ring Dips

Don't forget it's our Christmas Party this Saturday. Meal is booked at Barburrito in The Light for 6.30pm then out for drinks in town. If you're planning on attending and haven't already let me know then please get in touch.
And if you're planning on attending the Saturday morning class don't miss out on your opportunity to choose the WOD! If all members can message me their choice of WOD by Friday evening - it can be anything as long as we have the kit and it can be completed in under 15 minutes - I'll put everyone's WODs in a hat and we'll select three, yes three, to do on Saturday morning.
