Blue WODs

Blue WOD 1

 

"Thruster Ladder"

 

On the top of every minute complete 3 Thrusters in 45 seconds

 

Athletes have 15 seconds to rest and move onto the next bar.

 

Bar weight increases every minute in the following increments:

Men:              40 50 60 65 70 75 80 85 90kg

Women:        20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60kg

 

Blue WOD 2

 

"Running Man"

 

For time:

Run 300m

10 Deadlifts (70/45kg) / 15 Box Jumps (24/20") / 20 DB Push Press (15/10kg) / 25 DUs

Run 300m

Time Cap: 12 minutes to begin final 300m Run

"Snatch Ladder"

 

On the top of every minute complete 20 Double Unders then 1 Snatch in 45 seconds

Athletes have 15 seconds to rest and move onto the next bar.

Bar weight increases every minute in the following increments:

Men:              40 50 60 65 70 75 80 85 90kg

Women:        20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60kg

 

If you make it to the final weight, do as many reps as possible in your final 45 seconds.
