Workouts

WOD 1 - Khalipa

In pairs, with only one person working at once and without the barbell touching the ground, perform as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:

Thrusters 40/60kg (female/male)

 

Rest 30 seconds

 

In pairs, with only one person working at once and without the barbell touching the ground, perform as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:

Hang Clean and Shoulder to Overhead 40/60kg

 

Rest 30 seconds then straight into WOD 2...

 

WOD 2 - Bailey

Athlete A runs 1 lap

Athlete B runs 1 lap

Both Athletes Run 1 lap

Time cap = 8 minutes

 

Score for WOD 1 is the total number of Thrusters plus the total number of Hang Clean and Shoulder to Overhead.

Score for WOD 2 is the total time taken to complete all laps.

 

WOD 3 - Briggs

Athlete A completes:

15 Box Jump Overs 20/24"

15 Burpee Plate Jumps

15 Plate Ground to Overhead 15/20kg

30m Overhead Lunge Walk 15/20kg

15 Plate Ground to Overhead 15/20kg

15 Burpee Plate Jumps

15 Box Jump Overs 20/24"

 

then Athlete B completes:

15 Box Jump Overs 20/24"

15 Burpee Plate Jumps

15 Plate Ground to Overhead 15/20kg

30m Overhead Lunge Walk 15/20kg

15 Plate Ground to Overhead 15/20kg

15 Burpee Plate Jumps

15 Box Jump Overs 20/24"

 

Time Cap = 15 minutes

Score for WOD 3 is the total time taken for both athletes to complete the work. If your pair fails to complete the workout within the time cap your score will be 15 minutes plus 1 second for each missed rep.

 

WOD 4 - Hackenbruck

Athlete A completes:

20 Deadlifts 60/90kg

100m keg carry (50m out and 50m back)

 

Athlete B completes:

20 Deadlifts 60/90kg

100m keg carry (50m out and 50m back)

 

Athlete A completes:

10 Deadlifts 60/90kg

100m Buddy carry (50m out and 50m back)

 

Athlete B completes:

10 Deadlifts 60/90kg

100m Buddy carry (50m out and 50m back)

 

Women will carry an empty 11 gallon keg and men will carry an empty 22 gallon keg.

Time Cap = 12 minutes

Score for WOD 4 is the total time taken for both athletes to complete the work. If your pair fails to complete the workout within the time cap your score will be 10 minutes plus 1 second for each missed rep (each 50m length counts as 1 rep. Only fully completed lengths will count).
