One For The People Summer 2015

WODs

 

WOD 1 - Fraser

In pairs and alternating rounds complete AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

10 Deadlifts 60/90kg (female/male)

15 Bar Facing burpees

 

On completion of WOD 1 pairs will receive 1 minutes rest then go straight into WOD 2...

 

WOD 2 - Bailey

For time:

Athlete A runs 1 lap

Athlete B runs 1 lap

Both Athletes Run 1 lap

Time cap = 8 minutes

 

WOD 3 - Sigmundsdottir

For time:

50 Alternating DB Snatches 15/20kg

30m Single arm Overhead Lunge Walk 15/20kg (15m out and 15m back)

50 Barbell Hang Snatches 30/40kg

30m Front Rack Lunge Walk 30/40kg (15m out and 15m back)

50 Barbell Thrusters 30/40kg

Time Cap = 12 minutes

 

WOD 4 - Fawcett

For time:

Athlete A completes...

6 Hang Squat Cleans 40/60kg

100m Sprint (50m out and 50m back)

6 Hang Squat Cleans 40/60kg

 

Athlete B completes...

6 Hang Squat Cleans 40/60kg

100m Sprint (50m out and 50m back)

6 Hang Squat Cleans 40/60kg

 

Both athletes complete as a pair...

100m Buddy carry (50m out and 50m back)
