Classes

CrossFit

Our CrossFit Classes are one hour group sessions designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Each class is coached by our qualified CrossFit Coaches and involves a group warm up, strength or skill development and a WOD (Workout Of the Day).

The WOD is a high intensity workout using a mix of functional movements and lasting anything from 5 to 30 minutes.

Everyone in the class trains together using exercises and weights appropriate to your strength and fitness in order to give you a challenging and rewarding workout.
