
Intro to Crossfit
All our new members get started by first completing our Intro to CrossFit Course.
The Intro Course is a short series of Personal Training sessions that ensures new members can fluidly transition into the group class environment with competence and confidence.
Your coach will teach you proper technique in a range of movements including body weight exercises, compound barbell lifts, kettlebell skills, Olympic weightlifting and other CrossFit specific exercises.
We’ll also go through appropriate ways to adapt each movement to your current strength and fitness level as well as showing you the best methods to progress on each exercise. There is a CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) at the end of each session to increase your fitness and let you experience how we train on a day-to-day basis. Your Intro to CrossFit Course will provide you with a solid training base to allow safe, fast and consistent progress within our group classes.

Your Individual Intro to CrossFit Course consists of 4 x 1 hour personal training sessions and costs £120.
Your sessions can be arranged at times convenient to you.
We currently have a short waiting list for new members but will endeavour to get you started as soon as we can.
